Golden Chiropractic (GC) has been consistently providing holistic health services to the Golden and area communities. It is an established and recognized clinic with a dedicated and ever-growing patient base that is served by our competent and professional administration team.

GC is currently seeking a Unregistered Massage Therapist to join the GC team in their small but expanding clinic in their beautiful downtown location in Golden, British Columbia. Nestled between two mountain ranges, Golden is a highly attractive tourist town that is surrounded by six Canadian National Parks. Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere, welcoming clients and introducing massage procedures.

• Ability to listen, be ethical, and understand the needs and concerns.

• Be personable and enthusiastic in supporting clients and with colleagues

• Extremely reliable with a proven track record.

• Offer professional relaxation massages, ensuring privacy, respect for others, and ethical standards.

• Ability to balance customer service with client need, supporting clients own decision for ongoing service.

• Ability to provide a relaxing massage that improves the overall well-being of the client.

• Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the clients.

• Handle questions and concerns professionally, and courteously.

• Able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and the team.

• Do your best to build a clientele of returning customers.

• Enthusiastic and caring personality while maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Responsible for own rotation and laundry of linens and towels between clients.

• Sanitize surfaces after each client, maintaining a safe environment for all.

Qualifications

• Licence/Certification: None required.

• Evidence of training and/or education in relaxation massage.

• Up-to-date liability insurance from a private insurer.

• Previous experience in relaxation massage is required.

• Passion for working with people and the outdoors.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Salary: Commission-based (Independent Contractor, month-to-month contract)
